Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your order and do not wish for an exchange or reprint, simply return the merchandise to us and you will be entitled to a refund. Any postage spent to return the merchandise to our offices, will not be refunded. Return the complete set of dog tags to us in a padded envelope. Please send it by regular U.S. mail to the address listed below.

Reprint of dog tags: In the event your dog tags are not stamped the way you intended, you are entitled to a reprint of your dog tags-whether it is your fault or ours. However, the reprint must be solely a correction to the original text or formatting. We reserve the right to deny claims for reprints that are not the error of our company.

To return your dog tags for a restamping, remove the tags from the ball chains and silencers. We ask that you return only the tags. You can return the tags taped to a piece of paper placed inside of a regular size envelope. Please indicate the changes that should be made. Please send the tags to the following address:
